"Welcome to Quintic Squash with Peter Nicol. This website and the accompanying resources are designed to help you become the complete squash player.

They have been developed in association with Quintic Software and are as detailed as any coaching manual, but have the added interaction of tournament video clips and voiceovers of my thoughts and experiences in the game.

Quintic Squash with Peter Nicol is a valuable coaching tool as it enables a coach and player to analyse technique in even finer detail. It caters for all standards giving instruction on how to play the many different squash strokes with accompanying video footage of real life tournaments and the ability to pause and move backwards and forwards through the videos by a single frame at a time to view the shots in greater detail. Using voiceovers I analyse each video clip, and how each shot type relates to the building of a winning rally.

Performance analysis is also included to demonstrate how the game is played at the very top level. The system allows video footage of any player to be viewed through the Quintic software. This provides the viewer with a unique opportunity to analyse and improve their technique and compare their game to the world’s best.

It also contains information on how I train day to day and prepare for the big matches.
